This page explains how MarqHireAI handles candidate and workspace data in the product as it is currently shipped.
What We Store
MarqHireAI stores workspace details, job descriptions, candidate metadata, recruiter notes, and screening outputs needed to support the hiring workflow. Depending on your configuration, that data is stored in Supabase or in local browser storage during development.
Third-Party Services
The product can connect to Supabase for authentication and persistence, Razorpay for billing, Groq or OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis, and SendGrid for inbound email parsing. Your live production posture depends on the way those services are configured in your environment.
Recruiter Controls
Workspace members can review jobs, candidates, notes, and exports according to the role controls implemented in the application. Owners and admins can manage ATS destinations, billing, and team access.
