These terms summarize how the current MarqHireAI product is intended to be used by business customers.
Intended Use
MarqHireAI is designed for recruiter and hiring-team workflows such as job setup, resume screening, candidate review, exports, and downstream workflow handoff. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before making hiring decisions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality of the data they upload, the accuracy of their job descriptions, the way they configure third-party integrations, and the internal policies they apply when using the platform.
Service Scope
The current product includes the workflow shipped in this application. Items from the longer-term roadmap, such as native ATS partnerships, enterprise API access, or formal compliance programs, are not included unless separately implemented and documented.
Commercial Terms
Billing, trial behavior, and plan limits are governed by the pricing and Razorpay configuration active in your deployment environment. This page is a product summary and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed legal terms before broad commercial launch.
